Liability
Jewellery left without formal description or declared value will be assumed at $100 or best guess value. We will not assume responsibly for items over $10,000. Please consider having your jewellery personally insured.
We will not be responsible for repairs left after 90 days after completion. Repair time estimates are given when dropping off, and we will reach out as soon as an item is done. If you know you won’t be around to pick up for some time, please let us know in advance.
Returns, Exchanges and Shipping
We accept returns or exchange of new, unworn ready to wear jewellery with it’s original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, when applicable. Earrings, alterations and customs are unable to be returned or refunded due to their personal nature.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and insurance unless another shipping method is requested.

Repair & Services Warranty
We stand by our work, and offer a year warranty on our repair services. This does not include general wear and tear; breaks that happened on another part of the piece; or freak accidents involving children, pets, vehicles ,etc.
Items not guaranteed:
Items inspected for weak links or worn prongs are only a visual best guess which will continue to wear, and we cannot be responsible for areas of jewellery besides the links, prongs and stones that we worked on directly.
Glued in items like pearls or glue set stones that aren’t also secured with prongs. We recommend letting anything that’s been glued on sit for a few days to fully cure, and to keep away from water.
Replaced stones: we can’t guarantee the stone if we didn’t repair all prongs holding it. Especially if you have a larger stone, please consider insuring your jewellery for your own peace of mind.
Ultrasonic cleaning: we avoid putting unknown stones in the ultrasonic to avoid damage. If you request an ultrasonic cleaning we will not be responsible for stone loosening or damage. When in doubt, leave it out.
Customs & Alterations
Due to the personalized nature of this work, we cannot offer refunds on custom or altered items. If you are unhappy with it, we will do our very best to rectify the situation, and may be able to do a partial refund for the materials we are able to reclaim, but cannot refund for hands on time spent designing.
